What is a sample sale?
A sample sale gives customers the opportunity to shop for discounted items that are in excess or do not meet company standards. The items we offer are heavily discounted. All of the items sold at our sample sale may have additional irregularities not listed.
- Pieces that have been used for a styled shoot and are now stained or less than perfect.
- Colors that have been changed or came out incorrect.
- The sizing of an item has been adjusted and we have an excess of items.
What is our return policy?
Due to the heavily discounted prices, we are unable to accept any return items under any circumstances. No exchanges or returns allowed. All sales are FINAL - no exceptions.
Do you ship internationally?
Sample sale items can only be shipped within the U.S.
When will I receive my order?
Standard processing times apply to all sample sale orders. All sample sale items will come with minimal packaging and ship via UPS Ground. This means orders are not delivered on holidays or Sundays. UPS Ground can take 5 -7 business days (M-F), depending on which region of the US the delivery address is. All sample sale items are sold as-is and are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes. We will need to cancel the order and you will need to place a brand new order.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
We recommend using our size guide to help you find the right size. Depending on the style, we may recommend you to size up or size down depending on your bust and waist/hip measurements.
If I place something in my cart, is it saved?
Due to the structure of the website, placing an item in your cart does not keep someone else from purchasing it. A Sample Sale garment is not safely yours until it has been purchased and the payment has been processed!
Can I expect the sizing to be the same as current sizing?
Sizing discrepancies, minor shrinkage errors, and discontinued patterns are possibilities with a Sample Sale garment, so your garment may not accurately reflect what a current and properly constructed garment will fit like. We also do not recommend basing future orders off of your Sample Sale piece(s)!
Can you send measurements?
Due to the capacity of our team and the number of items, offering specific garment measurements is a difficult workflow for our small team to sustain. For this reason, we are unable to provide specs for each individual garment.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship with the tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
No, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Most orders are fulfilled same day or within 48 business hours which means that once you place an order, we start the fulfillment process. This limits the time needed to cancel an order that may have already started to be picked, packed, and shipped.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
We do not offer customer support over the phone, but please don’t misunderstand this as a lack of interest! We’d love to answer any questions you have via email or chat.
We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different approaches, we’ve found that starting with email enables us to provide a quality response.
